Sometimes it seems like a girl can’t catch a break… this week, I was all set to eat low carb and on the first day, I made a salad with spinach and got some NASTY food poisoning. I don’t know if it was E.Coli or Salmonella or some other groody thing, but my husband and I were down for the count! (Thank God Miles didn’t eat it!) That whole situation threw my week off a bit, but we rebounded!

How I am winning this week: Although I am not where I need to be yet, I significantly cut down my carb intake this week and I can feel that a break through on the scale is coming soon as I keep it up!
Areas of improvement: Food poisoning, ain’t nobody got time for that!
